Who is allowed to place adoption advertisements?

Those legally permitted to provide adoption services in VA including licensed agencies and attorneys. (Note: Unlicensed adoption brokers are not legally permitted to provide adoption services in VA).

What are the penalties for violation of this law?

Class 6 Felony.
