Who is allowed to place adoption advertisements?

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, adoption exchanges, licensed child-placing agencies, individuals actively working with a licensed child-placing agency, NH attorneys advertising legal services, or home-study approved prospective adoptive parents.

What are the penalties for violation of this law?

Misdemeanor.
